As the Realtor with Your Home Haven and a devoted mom to an adult son with autism, Courtney Kimball brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for guiding families and individuals with disabilities through the exciting journey of buying or selling an existing home or building a new home. She has strong partnerships with builders who can bring your vision of a dream home to life and can also provide assistance in finding and securing the perfect plot of land for your new construction project.
As the mother of a young adult with special needs, Courtney is well-versed in the struggles and celebrations that can accompany this diagnosis. She is a strong advocate for her son and all individuals with special needs. Courtney spent her early family years advocating for stronger public school programs for individuals with autism. During this time she designed a sensory room for her young son to use during his home ABA therapy sessions. Courtney worked closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to design a space where her son and family could thrive. With a degree in interior design and an ability to creatively imagine her space, all while incorporating the necessary sensory strategies, her home became a haven for the entire family.
