Kristin helps families figure out how their home purchase fits into their overall financial, legal, and long-term support plan for their individual with a disability. From helping navigate government benefits, looking at legal and trust aspects, to tax strategies involved in a purchase, remodel, or new construction, I can help families understand the big picture - and make sure their home is integrated into their future planning.

Meredith Eads
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Meredith Eads is the licensed, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA) on the Your Home Haven team. She completes assessments with families and individuals to identify in-home supports that facilitate independence, encourage communication, and reduce sensory stressors and support effective transitions during home moves and renovations. Meredith collaborates with the realtor and designer on the team to use those assessments to guide home buying and design to meet the family’s needs.
